helloooo... this is d first time im blogging and i definitely feel this is a great excuse to start blogging as well cos im just back from a week long HOLIDAY !! I actually shouldn’t be calling it a HOLIDAY cos i was at work ! But it definitely did feel like a holiday.

On Nov 12th morning , the SS MUSIC crew and me started off from Chennai for a loooong drive. Our destination was Trivandrum, Kerala. We did a lot of shooting on the way aiming to give the people a very different experience of traveling! 

It was about after 20 hours of driving that we finally reached our destination at 4 am on 13th morning !! thanks to not knowing the route properly and too much of involvement in our shoot ! ;)

We did a 2-day campus visit in a very famous college there and then decided to bring back for the people a KERALA Special episode.

We travelled to various exciting places in and around Kerala. Needless to say, everything about that state was BEAUTIFUL ! The beaches, the people, the food, the greenery ..... and the shooting as well ! ;)

The Kovalam Beach and the backwaters were definitely the highlight of Kerala. The beach portrayed a laid back approach to life.. all people relaxing , chilling , sipping on juices , reading ... People had time to chat up with us , joke around and exchange opinions... much unlike our regular lifestyle !

The backwaters were not only extremely beautiful and soothing, but also had lots of historical significance.

Oh, did I forget to mention the climate in Kerala!!?? We realized that only after we left Kerala and then reached TAMIL NADU !! The change in climate did take a toll on all 7 crew members but our spirits were still high !

An exciting meal that the entire crew cooked at the water falls at Nagercoil , the boat fishing in the Sea, the sweets we had in Tirunelveli and the many ancient spots we finally got to see, were few of the many wonderful moments.

If I had to pick the highlight of the trip.... it would be the crew! Each one of us were so different in character and approach with regard to certain things , but we stuck by each other , supported each other and most importantly got to know each other much better ! :)

I hope they got to know only the good things about me ;)

Our holiday continued till 19th morning, 1:30 (pm!) ! that's when i came back home .. back to my room and my environment. Only then i realized how tired i really was...

This was a perfect example of - WORK IS FUN!

I assume after so much of talking about my trip.. you guys must be little curious to see all what happened !! I hope when the episode is aired, you enjoy the trip as well !
